This is a custom Spec 13' Hi-S Ive that we offer, Hutch long range ring spacing and a longer 560mm handle length for extra leverage.

This is a custom Spec 13' Hi-S 13' Marker that we offer, Hutch long range ringing in American Tackle Ti-Forged rings, a longer 560mm handle length for extra leverage and tipped in metallic green and fitted with a Green Isotope in the reel seat.

Using the very same high quality Japanese Low Resin 40t Carbon and with full 1k weave, the H-‘S’ Marker rods exactly match the build of the carp rods. As we use the same material the blanks are kept as slim and as light as possible which makes them cast the required distances to fish at extreme ranges possible with rods such as the Hi-‘S’ 200 and 220’s.

As with all Free Spirit rods the finish has to be cosmetically attractive and different and the weave is quite stunning and as usual features our 'Perdurable' finish. To compliment the 40t low resin ultra slim blank is a new Fuji reel seat - VSS17, which features open sides and we fit a carbon sleeve of the same material as the blank...

This version of the SPM is built to Mark Hutchinsons spec, it featrures a longer handle length with the back of the seat set at 22" from the butt cap. It feature the distance ringing for easy line flow...

The Free Spirit Hi S SPM Hutch Spec rods are built with standard handle set to 540mm to rear of reel seat and 50mm ringing set for distance.
