Excellent customer service

Ordered some Shimano spares. Difficult to obtain and of little value. Despite this, your staff pursued Shimano relentlessly until they produced the goods, keeping me informed throughout. \r\nExcellent customer service in an era when this is in short supply.

Trust though time

I have used Johnson Ross tackle from early 2000. Never made a mistake, never had an issue with delivery\'s absolutely great service and great company. Don\'t doubt just order and relax !!
