Simply the best.
I have used JR for quite some time now. Simply put they are flawless. A true example of how a retail business should operate. If it says it\'s in stock, it is, and it ships out the same day. Sadly this isn\'t the case for the majority of other online tackle retailers. Doesn\'t surprise me that they have a 5* review because they genuinely are the best.

Bait Boat Issues- Thank you Johnson Ross Tackle.
Purchased an Angling Technics bait boat from Johnson Ross Tackle. Took it to France for the first time of use. The boat had major issues with power problems so didn\'t have a great time in France and nearly lost the boat.\r\n\r\nOn my return from France contacted Johnson Ross and advised of the major issues. I immediately had an apology and they arranged for its collection.\r\n\r\nAfter assessment by Angling Technics, they wanted major money for a repair. Johnson Ross then kindly offered me a full refund or an alternative boat. Decided to go for a replacement boat.\r\n\r\nAll I can say is: Fantastic Service , Fantastic Communication, Great Company, with superb people...\r\n\r\nWould very highly recommend Johnson Ross Tackle for all your fishing needs.\r\n\r\nThank you Johnson Ross Tackle.
