Solar SP C-Tech Power Barrow

Solar’s XD 300 Pace Wheel Hub, a 300W hub wheel motor that’s the best in class, allows it to effortlessly tackle steep hill climbs and all other bankside terrain with zero effort. Just a flick of the Micro Touch Power Controller with LCD display, which has a battery meter among a host of other features, is all that’s needed.
The 360° mobility concept delivers effortless mobility through the 360° full rotation rear wheels with sealed bearings for longevity and reliability. Being able to effortlessly turn on a sixpence in a tight swim without lifting will be taken for granted. The rear wheels are also adjustable in height, so you can set this barrow up for ease and comfort in use.
All-enclosed CPU and wiring makes sure the power is delivered to keep a constant delivery of power over a long period, together with ‘plug and play’ electronics, meaning that all electronics are hidden with only waterproof connection plugs visible. All designed for ease of use and reliability.
The batteries are housed in an purpose-designed EVA case, which can be easily removed from the barrow while it’s fully loaded. So if you leave your barrow loaded in the van between trips but need to recharge, no problem.
The frame is adjustable in width via clamps and the front shelf increases the overall barrow’s capacity even further. Together with the Drop-Loc, super-secure barrow bag in our SolarCam camo pattern, which gives a huge amount of storage within the frame (and easy-zipped side access), you can take the kitchen sink on this if you so wish.
The Micro Touch Power Controller (MTPC) has an easy-to-use thumb controller, and the position can be altered for maximum comfort. The LCD display has a 6-point battery level indicator, so you can never get ‘caught short’ for battery life, even though the SP C-TECH Power Barrow boasts an impressive battery life. This controller can be used as a simple ‘plug and play’ option, but also has the option to be tailored and adjusted to you. It has variable speed adjustment, so the barrow speed/pull can be matched to your walking pace. Three gear differentials can handle all terrains and step hills and there is a sleep timer setting, so it can be set to auto power off just in case you forget in the rush to get your rods out!
