Designed to be used with a Ronnie or spinner rig incorporating either an ESP Quick Change D- sleeve, or shrink tube. The swivel provides 360 degree rotation on the metal ring for excellent hooking potential, and these booms are available with either 0.3g or 0.6g tungsten balance beads incorporated. This allows the angler to tailer the booms to a variety of hook and pop-up sizes.
Incorporating a size 11 uni-link swivel, these booms are designed to create the deadly effective stiff hinged rig, by tying or crimping the hook section to the swivel. The swivel provides smooth 360 degree rotation for excellent rig mechanics and hooking potential.
These booms comprise a super strong mini rig ring at the business end and are designed to complement the ready tied Combi Loop rigs which are available separately. The combination of these two products creates the perfect combi or ‘flipper’ rig which is a highly effective presentation, especially for bottom baits and wafters.

Engineered with an aggressive in-turned eye and a curved shank, the Basix Kurv offers exceptional hooking potential. Its aggressive design ensures the hook flips and secures a firm hold in the fish's mouth, even when used without shrink tube or a kicker. This makes it an incredibly versatile option for various rigs, particularly the Spinner and IQ D-rig setups.
Manufactured from our 'X' gauge wire, this version of the Kurv is notably stronger than the original. The robust construction is complemented by an unobtrusive black nickel finish, making it suitable for many fishing situations across the UK and Europe. The hook's point is designed for durability, allowing you to potentially catch multiple fish before having to replace it.
Basix Kurv Hooks are available in barbed and barbless versions in sizes from 2, 4, 6 and 8, with ten hooks per packet.
