It is still an animal of a rod and its not a rod we would recommend for the majority of people but if you are a good caster you should be able to hit some monster ranges, if you want a rod for extreme range big bag work or method ball work then this blank will do everything you need it to. It doesnt have a test curve but we would put it at 5.5 - 6lb, not for the faint hearted but with a 5-6 lead, a good casting technique and fast hand speed then the sky is the limit.
It will obviously also work as an extreme range spod rod.
