This might not sound much but combined with heavy forging and twin tempering, the result is hooks with minimal flex and maximum strength that have performed superbly in testing.

The ultra sharp, durable needle points are marginally longer than the originals and combined with the aggressive shape and slick PTFE coating they result in exceptional hook holds especially when used for Ronnie / Spinner rigs. We have added a size 2 due to requests from anglers fishing demanding venues for seriously big carp both in the UK and abroad and the XT’s can cope with the rigours of fishing at range with braid on weedy venues.
