Free Spirit Helical Feederlite 10ft
Designed for targeting silvers, the Helical Feederlite 10’ offers a softer action and lighter overall weight than the 10’ Commercial Feeder model. Supplied with push-in quiver tips of 0.75oz and 1oz glass, along with a 1oz carbon tip, it’s ideal for casting small cage, maggot, and window feeders where precision and finesse are vital—particularly during the colder winter months when bites can be hard to come by.
This model is well suited to small rivers, canals, and lakes, especially where casts up to 40 metres are the norm. It handles both braided and mono mainlines confidently, with a forgiving action that enables the use of light hooklengths down to 0.10mm without fear of breakage. An additional guide has been fitted to help braid follow the blank more closely and maintain smoother control.
Refined Performance for Fussy Bites
The Helical Feederlite is designed for anglers who target smaller species and require excellent bite detection and refined sensitivity. It allows for accurate casting with minimal disturbance and excels when conditions demand a light approach.
The blank features a glossy helical wrap and is paired with a split cork and EVA handle, complete with a secure size 16 lock-down reel seat. Its anti-frap guide pattern includes feature 2 single-leg butt guides and six single-leg guides on the quiver section, carefully positioned to follow the rod’s action and avoid flat spots when under pressure.
