The extra buoyant Zig Float allows zig hookbaits to be instantly adjusted to fish closer to the surface or deeper in the water column to search until carp are located.
The second new Pinpoint pattern for 2025, developed from the original Brute but refined with a parallel point to enlarge the gape and suit bigger hookbaits and shrink tube extensions to improve hook holds under high loading – particularly around snags and heavy weed.

Using ultra Low Resin Carbon in 40t & 46t aerospace-grade with 1k woven butt sections these rods are extremely light yet strong. The rod will bend progressively through the joint with a subtle build-up of power giving control when needed but still allowing light lines and hook links to be used. The highly responsive tip makes easy work flicking light floats out with accuracy but will also allow the use of heavier pellet wagglers and ‘splashers’.
The range covers all options from a tiny commercial lake with the 9’ and 10’ through to the all-round 11’ to large open reservoir with the 11’ S and 12’ S versions – the actions are stepped-up on these and feature longer handles for distance casting.
The blank features ‘Perdurable’ finish meaning there is no paint or lacquer – just the carbon itself and this is less susceptible to damage so will look good for many years.
The new Fuji TVSM16 open-reel seat allows more feel to be transmitted from the blank to the hand whilst fittings complement the blank and keep the weight to a minimum giving the rod perfect balance. Handle lengths are set to allow easy change of direction when playing hard fighting carp in the margins. Guides are Kigan HL Hi-Stand Off match guides with starting guide of size 16 so heavier lines can pass through with less friction and less chance of crack-offs.
