They are designed to store wet landing nets and retainer slings so that after a successful fishing trip all the water and smell stays in the sleeve and not in the boot of your car. There are two sleeves available – the wet net sleeve is 50” (127cm) long and large enough to store one landing net. The top of the sleeve is simply rolled down and clipped together to make it watertight.
The larger Wet Net and Retainer Sleeve is 52” (132cm) long and wide enough to accommodate two landing nets and a retainer sling. Perfect for the prolific angler! These two sleeves are simple, hardwearing products that serve a very useful purpose.
