At the start of writing this foreword to the long awaited English edit of our magazine, we have just learned about the last French stronghold Media Carpe calling it quits... Yet another of the big European names sadly down the drain, foreboding the further demise of print media, and dare we say, the written word. "About the Aviator Plus 2"
The Aviator was introduced in responce to requests for a rod with 1k weave to the tip. A completely new design to the legendary Torrix range with faster taper mandrels. The 12' Aviator Plus 2 comes in at 3.5lb test curve and is a little faster taper than the std Plus model, this rod is ideal if fishing weedier waters or needing to punch a bigger lead a little further, it will comfortably handle 4oz leads.
