Remove the inner section of your bankstick and place the palm saver into the outer section (lock into position using the bankstick thumb screw if required) This now creates a much larger surface area for you to push your stick into the ground without damaging your hand. Once in position, remove the palm saver and insert your bankstick inner... simple!!
