Designed to be used with a Ronnie or spinner rig incorporating either an ESP Quick Change D- sleeve, or shrink tube. The swivel provides 360 degree rotation on the metal ring for excellent hooking potential, and these booms are available with either 0.3g or 0.6g tungsten balance beads incorporated. This allows the angler to tailer the booms to a variety of hook and pop-up sizes.
Incorporating a size 11 uni-link swivel, these booms are designed to create the deadly effective stiff hinged rig, by tying or crimping the hook section to the swivel. The swivel provides smooth 360 degree rotation for excellent rig mechanics and hooking potential.
These booms comprise a super strong mini rig ring at the business end and are designed to complement the ready tied Combi Loop rigs which are available separately. The combination of these two products creates the perfect combi or ‘flipper’ rig which is a highly effective presentation, especially for bottom baits and wafters.

This potent booster liquid is made from the same secret blend of chosen flavours that is used in the production of Gareth Fareham’s phenomenal Northern Specials. Combining concentrated appetite stimulants and carefully selected fruit flavours containing powerful active ingredients, Northern Specials Booster Liquid delivers a ‘zesty’ taste sensation to baits which literally entices fish to feed in even the coldest water temperatures.
This product is super-concentrated and can be applied to hookbaits in small doses. We have found applying a light coating to baits before allowing it to dry into them to be the most effective way of using this liquid. This process can then be repeated as many times as required but may affect the buoyancy of the hookbaits if used excessively.
We recommend using Northern Specials NS1 Booster Liquid on Northern Specials NS 1 Pop Up and Wafter Hookbaits to give them an intense rush of attraction which travels over extreme distances when immersed in water enticing fish to your ‘primed’ hookbait.
Northern Specials and matching loose feeds
For applying the devastating NS1 flavour to loose feeds such as pellets, particles, stick mixes, groundbaits and spod mixes we recommend using the purposefully-formulated ‘Northern Specials NS1 Enhancer Liquid’. This awesomely attractive liquid additive has a base which enables Gareth’s all-conquering fruit flavour to be evenly dispersed over loose feeds to which it is applied and therefore ensures optimum leakage when they are fed- even in extreme winter conditions.
Please Note:
This liquid is highly concentrated and should be used sparingly. Gareth advises lightly coating the baits, allowing the liquid to be absorbed completely before adding any more.
