The SPM Rod - explosive delivery!!

Some people would say that a Spomb rod is just a gimmick and that any spod rod would do the job, and yes you could aruge that yes it would chuck a spomb, HOWEVER its not until you use one of the dedicated Spomb rods that you can appreciate the time and effort that Free Spirit have taken to perfect the action most suited to casting a Spomb.

Free Spirit Fishing’s SPM Rod has been developed with a stiff butt section and responsive tip to eliminate the wobble at the start of the cast and hence maximise the casting distance and accuracy when casting the Spomb. The softness of the tip loads the rod quicker making Spombing effortless even at extreme ranges whether using boilies, pellets, particles or floaters.

The Free Spirit SPM rods are capable of casting the large spomb fully loaded with particle so will also handle any spod on the market. Put a Midi spomb on and watch it fly, we saw Hutch clear 250yds!!!

As with all their rods they make every effort to build the spod rods on the spine of the blank – ensuring casting accuracy and helping to prevent rod breakages.

This rod also doubles as a great Marker rod due to the sifter tip but powerful butt, it puches a lead and float miles but retains tip respose for feeling bottom structure.
